Stomach Exercises

A lot of people I know are dieting. Some of them are actually pretty extreme about it. They will starve themselves, cutting their calories down by a thousand a day, and yet they will not put in the effort to exercise. It seems like a strange paradox to me. There are all these people out there who are willing to cut out food almost entirely, yet they do not have the discipline to make it to the gym a couple times a week!
